As a starting point, add 4 to 7 scoops to an empty 750ml bottle, partially fill with water, shake well, then top off with more water. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes if you want it ultra-smooth. Adjust scoop count based on your energy needs and how concentrated you want your bottle.
